Where does my data live?
In Australia. Scans, codes, and images are hosted in Sydney, served from a fast Australian edge. We don’t store personal information about the people scanning your codes.
What happens to my codes if I cancel?
They keep working. Codes scan on your own domain, so the poster you printed last year keeps doing its job whether you stay with us or not. We never hold your domain hostage.
Do I need to be technical to use this?
No. Sign up, pick a logo, paste a destination URL, and you have a printable QR in under a minute. If you want your own domain, we walk you through the one-line DNS change. Your IT person (or your hosting provider’s chat) will get it done in five minutes.
Can my AI assistant use this?
Yes. Connect Scannable to Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-aware assistant with a one-click connector and a tenant key. It can create, list, and update codes, but only the ones in your account.
Can I edit a code after I’ve printed it?
Always. Update the destination any time and the next scan goes to the new URL. The printed code never changes.
Do you handle Australian GST?
Yes. Prices are GST inclusive. We send a tax invoice automatically.
